Internships:
We offer ongoing internship opportunities within various functions with a focus on the student. At MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., we feel an internship should be a real world experience within a safe learning environment. As an intern, you will participate in real business projects that drive to meaningful results.
Finance Development Program:
This program is designed as an 18 to 24 month rotational program designed to expose participants to the various areas of finance. You will complete meaningful rotations within our Operations Accounting, Strategic Planning and Corporate Compliance areas before moving into a permanent assignment that is right for you.
Sales Development Program:
Participating in our Sales Development Program will not only provide you with structured mentoring by one of our many successful sales professionals, it will also allow you to participate in various training and development sessions aimed at adding valuable tools to your career toolbox. This program is aimed at developing future sales leadership for our various sales channels.
