Ms. Horton has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of MasterBrand since 2022. Previously, Ms. Horton was Partner and Chief Legal Officer of Dealer Tire Holdings, LLC, an international distributor of tires and accessories, where she led the legal team and was responsible for the organization’s general and commercial legal matters from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Myers Industries, Inc., where she led the company’s legal department from 2018 to 2021 and also served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer from 2019 to 2020 during a period of leadership transition. Previously, she held a number of positions at A. Schulman, Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of plastic compounds and resins, including Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. Early in her career, Ms. Horton held various leadership roles, including Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Compliance with YRC Worldwide, Inc. and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at The Bartech Group, Inc.
Ms. Horton holds a BA in political science from the University of Michigan and a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
