Ms. McMichael has served as Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, Retail since 2023. Prior to that, she acted as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Made-to-Order beginning in 2020. She started her career with MasterBrand in 1991, and during her thirty-year tenure, Ms. McMichael has held various positions in Business Unit Leadership, Sales and Brand and Channel Marketing. After leading the In-Stock and Special Order sales effort for the Lowe’s account for twelve years, she took on the role of Senior Vice President Retail Business Development for the Distribution Assembly organization in 2013. In 2017, she accepted the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Canadian Business Unit, and in 2019, her scope expanded to include the Premium Business unit.
Ms. McMichael holds a BBA, business administration and management degree from Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario.
